Meet Caitlin Spikes!
Caitlin Spikes is an Austin, Texas native who has loved watching her hometown grow and evolve over the years. She attended Texas Tech University, where she earned both her Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations and her Master’s degree in Mass Communications.
Her career path has included a mix of experiences across media and real estate. She spent time working with PBS and briefly in mortgage lending before finding her long-term fit in the real estate industry. Since 2014, Caitlin has worked in both commercial and residential real estate, and most recently has been in a product support role with Anywhere Real Estate.
She enjoys being part of a fast-paced, people-focused industry and uses her background in communications to help improve tools, systems, and overall support for real estate professionals. Her diverse experience gives her a well-rounded perspective on both the operational and client sides of the business.
Outside of work, Caitlin is a mom to two kids, Frankie and Harlow, and has two corgis, Archie and Eevee, who keep life fun and busy. In her free time, she enjoys cross-stitching and gardening, all kinds of “old lady” crafts, and anything nerdy—from hobbits to Hogwarts.
